How fast is it?
With speeds from 1 Mbps up to 30 Mbps, you can download graphics; video, audio files, view flash sites, and transmit attachments in record time. Upload speeds up to 7 Mbps. All speeds not available at all sites.
Is it reliable?
Heavenwire utilizes fixed wireless technology, so the Internet is always “on”. That means no more waiting on the modem to connect and no more busy signals or disconnects. And because you’re not using a phone line to connect to the Internet, you can use your phone as it was intended to be used.
How convenient is it?
With Heavenwire, you will never have to wait for the phone company to install additional phone lines or the cable company to install line. We make our fixed wireless service available to you simply and quickly. Once the order is processed, your equipment will be installed in a matter of days.
Is it affordable?
Compared to DSL and Cable, Heavenwire offers an affordable solution to getting your home or business online with high-speed Internet access. The cost ranges from $39.95/mo. to $219.95/mo. for residential services. Call for a quote for commercial services.
How does this method compare to DSL?
Wireless is much faster, more widely available in rural areas and is less expensive. DSL is limited to the copper technology in use by the telephone company. Wireless speeds range from 512 Kbps up to 30 Mbps (a T1 is 1544kbps). DSL services are not currently available in many rural areas.
What are the system requirements and what equipment is required?
Besides your computer and a network interface (NIC) card you will need an antenna and a radio. The antenna and radio is called the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
Who does the installation and setup?
We have our own professional installers and do not subcontract installations. They can professionally install and setup your PC or Mac.
How much does the setup cost?
The total cost of a basic residential install consisting of 25' of cable, lightning protection and mounting setup is no charge when signing a 2 year agreement. There is a $40.00 one time activation fee. Custom installs are quoted before any work is done if needed.
Can I have laptops and desktops connected at the same time?
Yes. You would have to lease a wireless router from us or purchase your own to connect wirelessly. Desktops can be wired directly to the router or connected with a wireless adapter.
How do I connect to the radio?
This is included in the professional setup provided by Heavenwire. Your computer or router is connected to the unit using a standard Ethernet cable that runs between the radio and the NIC card of your computer or a router.

What type of payment will you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and ACH (direct withdrawal).
What happens if I order service and I find out it is not available?
Do not worry. We will do a site survey the day of the install and if for some reason service is not available, there are no charges to you.
Heavenwire is offering extended coverage with satellite services in addition to our standard tower coverage. So even if you don't pass a coverage test, there are more options available to bring you the Internet you desire. Call us for more details.
